Lawyer: States Are Paying Close Attention to Montana Zoning Case

Many states “are holding their breath” to see what happens in a Montana zoning case, according to David McDonald, a lawyer for Pacific Legal Foundation, which is a public interest law firm.

“Montana really was a bit of a pioneer on this issue. It’s been referred to as the Montana Miracle,” he told The Montana Chronicles.
