The Montana State Senate Education and Cultural Resources Committee tabled House Bill (HB) 364, which sought to require schools to share students' immunization records with the state government.

Montana remains the only state in the country that does not submit school immunization records to the state government. The state stopped doing so after passing HB 702 in 2021.
