Nuclear Expert: Montana’s Bills Would Be First of Their Kind
"If these Montana bills become law, the state would contribute 'to a much greater good for the United States.'"
Christine Csizmadi, senior director of state governmental affairs and advocacy at the Nuclear Energy Institute, told The Montana Chronicles that if the state enacts the two nuclear bills currently under consideration, they would be the first of their kind.
The two nuclear bills Montana is considering are House Bill (HB) 623 and HB 696.
