State Legislator Pushes Bills to Defend Kids from Harmful Gender Procedures

"Protecting children is the right thing to do"

A Montana state senator is bringing forth two bill proposals this legislative session aimed at protecting kids from receiving gender transition procedures.

State Senator John Fuller (R-Kalispell) said that these bill proposals deal with changing Montana’s child abuse laws and allowing people who underwent gender transitioning procedures as kids to be able to sue.
